Aspiro has prepared procedural rules including instructions on internal and external financial reporting as a complement to the stipulations of the Swedish Companies Act. The quality of external financial reporting is safeguarded through a series of measures and routines.

Apart from a comprehensive audit of the annual accounts, the auditor also conducts a summary review of all quarterly reports, and reviews systems and routines. From 2007 onwards, the auditor only reviews the annual accounts and the interim report for the second quarter. All reports and press releases are simultaneously uploaded to Aspiro’s Website.
