The auditors are appointed by the AGM for a term of four years. Johan Thuresson, Authorized Public Accountant of Ernst & Young, was appointed as senior auditor for the period until the date of the AGM 2012. Johan Thuresson
holds no Aspiro stock.

The group complies with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IAS) and interpretation statements published by the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC/SIC) as endorsed by the EU Commission when preparing the group’s financial statements. In 2007, the group’s interim report for the second quarter and annual financial statement underwent a summary review by the company’s auditor, pursuant to the recommendations issued by FAR SRS (the Institute for the Accounting Profession in Sweden) and generally accepted accounting principles in Sweden.

The remuneration payable to the company’s auditors in 2007 is stated in note 3 in the Annual Report.
