Aspiro has some 140 employees in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania with activities operations in the download mobile downloads services, mobile TV, search services, communities and mobile marketing services segments. This geographical diversification puts challenging demands on decentralized controls and local accountability, and simultaneously, cross-border collaboration is encouraged to achieves synergies. To enable high organizational growth that conforms to the conditions of each services segment, segments are organized into separate entities. Aspiro is interwoven with an entrepreneurial spirit and features effective leadership with a structured collaboration between the Board, management and main stockholders.

Aspiro’s ambition is to conform to the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, although as yet, it has not adopted the Code formally.

The Board’s Report on Internal Controls has not been reviewed by the company’s auditors, with the Board’s justification being that the company considers that it has sufficient controls with its current systems and routines.
