Aspiro Mobile Solutions has signed a new agreement with Media Market, regarding gateway services in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The agreement enables Media Market to sell their services on the mobile in the Scandinavian countries.

Aspiro Mobile Solutions has signed a new agreement with Internet agency Apt, regarding gateway services in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The agreement provides Apt with various SMS send outs, competitions, votes and more, to be used towards their customers in the Scandinavian countries. Apt is partly owned by advertising company TRY.

Today TeliaSonera’s Norwegian brand NetCom is launching a mobile video service specifically designed for iPhone users. The service is developed by Aspiro’s subsidiary Rubberduck Media Lab, who provides the hosting service, content sourcing and front end browser design and development.

Aspiro launches mobile entertainment store for SBS Finland

Aspiro has signed an agreement with SBS Finland regarding the delivery of a new mobile entertainment web store for the Finnish The Voice brand. Aspiro’s new web store will be focusing on ring tones and other artist related services supplementing The Voice’ own music offerings. Telenor and Aspiro expand collaboration in Sweden

Aspiro has signed an agreement with Telenor in Sweden regarding the sales of mobile content on the operator’s mobile portals. The agreement means that Aspiro will be the main provider of ring tones, games, pictures, animations and videos to Telenor.

Aspiro’s solution chosen for new joined Norwegian digital music store

In connection to the new cooperation between Norway’s largest music distributor Platekompaniet and operator djuice for a joined digital music store, Aspiro has signed a new agreement with Platekompaniet. Aspiro will become their technology partner for the sales of digital musical for PC, Mac and mobile. Aspiro has been the technology partner for Telenor and djuice music stores since 2007.

Cost saving program in Aspiro

Aspiro’s Board of Directors has decided to execute a cost savings program of 20-25 MSEK yearly. The program mainly consists of staff reduction. Restructuring costs for the program of 10-15 MSEK will affect the company’s result for the third quarter. The program is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter.

Metronome’s CEO Mats Alders proposed as new chairman of the Aspiro board

The Aspiro Election Committee has informed the company of its intention to propose the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2008, the re-election of the board members Christian Ruth, Peter Pay and Nils Petter Tetlie. The Election Committee will also propose Mats Alders, CEO of Metronome Film & Television and Caroline Karlsson, CEO of PSI Gaming Group, to be elected new board members. Further, Mats Alders will be proposed as chairman of the board. Board members Ulf Hubendick and Gunnar Strömblad have declined re-election.

Aspiro signs agreement with TVNorge

Aspiro has signed an agreement with TVNorge regarding delivery and maintenance of a mobile gateway, valid for interactive mobile services in TVNorge’s channels. The agreement will generate revenue growth, but is not expected to generate any significant earnings effect for Aspiro in 2008.

Aspiro makes acquisition in mobile marketing

Effective today, Aspiro has acquired 75% of the shares of Norwegian company My Mobile World AS (MMW), which provides mobile marketing and interactive solutions for domestic and foreign clients. The acquisition strengthens Aspiro’s mobile marketing business segment.
