Aspiro’s annual General meeting (AGM) is held in Stockholm, Sweden, in the first half each year, and is conducted pursuant to applicable legislation.
Aspiro's AGM in 2012 will be held in Stockholm, Sweden on Monday 14 May 2012.
Shareholders wanting to have business taken up at the AGM may submit their proposals to the Chairman of Aspiro AB’s Board of Directors at the following address no later than 10 April:
